What’s Covered

We guarantee against defects in craftsmanship, such as:

• Significant premature fading.

• Peeling or bubbling of the paint.

• Alignment or stencil errors discovered at the time of application.

What’s Not Covered

While our paint is tough, it isn’t invincible. This warranty does not cover:

• Normal Wear & Tear: Gradual weathering over time.

• Abrasions & Physical Damage: Scrapes from car tires, snowplows, pressure washing, chemical spills, or construction debris.

• Substrate Failure: Crumbling or cracking of the concrete curb itself.

Requesting a Repair

If your address needs a touch-up due to accidental damage or general wear, we are happy to help! Because these instances fall outside our standard warranty coverage, a small service fee will apply.

Note: Service fees for repairs are determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the extent of the damage and your location.

Terms of Service

By scheduling a service with us, you agree to the following terms

1. Surface Preparation & Access

To ensure the best possible bond for the paint, we ask that the curb area be clear of vehicles,  and standing water prior to our arrival.  While we perform basic cleaning of the application site, we are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or excessive curb damage. if there is damage to the application site, We will move to another location.

2. Weather Conditions

Paint requires specific conditions to cure correctly. In the event of rain, extreme humidity, or freezing temperatures, we reserve the right to reschedule your service to the next available clear day to ensure the highest quality finish.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise arranged. For residential “bulk” or neighborhood-wide projects, a deposit may be required.

4. Liability

We are responsible for the application of painting only. We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to the curb, sidewalk, or surrounding landscaping.

5. Repair Service Fees

As noted in our Warranty, any repairs requested for damage caused by external factors (tires, plows, etc.) will incur a service fee. This fee covers travel and materials and will be quoted to you before the repair is performed.
